Qualifications

Experience in a Sales Coordinator or sales support role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English; Malay knowledge is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Processing and managing customer orders from enquiry to delivery and invoicing.
Maintaining accurate sales records, databases, and documentation.
Coordinating with the sales team for timely follow-up with clients and prospects.
Preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations with the team.
Handling customer inquiries via email, telephone, and other channels.
Liaising between sales, warehouse, logistics, and admin for order fulfilment.
Scheduling meetings and appointments for sales staff.
Monitoring inventory levels and communicating stock availability to the sales team.
Providing administrative support including filing, scheduling, and reporting.
Assisting with sales events and trade shows as required.
