We're looking for a Sales Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our Lifestyle brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, eager to learn, and excited to see how a distributor runs sales and operations from the inside. You'll gain direct experience working with emerging D2C lifestyle and tech brands (LiberNovo, Enabot).
Customer Chat Support: Handle recurring customer chat replies across ecommerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Aftersales Support: Assist in resolving aftersales issues related to LiberNovo and Enabot products, coordinating with internal teams to close cases.
Inventory Monitoring: Conduct regular inventory checks across platforms and flag any unusual discrepancies (stock mismatches, sudden drops, missing SKUs, etc.).
Listing Quality Checks: Review product descriptions and titles across marketplaces, identifying outdated, inconsistent, or inaccurate listings for correction.
Distributor & Sales Ops Exposure: Get first-hand exposure to how a distributor operates, from sales operations to broader commercial functions, working closely with a hands-on team
New Initiatives: Contribute fresh ideas and take ownership of new approaches; the team is small, so there's real room to try things and shape how tasks get done.
Detail-oriented, you notice when something looks off, whether it's a listing typo or a number that doesn't add up.
Comfortable communicating with customers in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
Reliable with recurring, process-driven tasks; comfortable following a defined workflow without needing to be reminded.
Proactive and able to work independently after guidance.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
Eager to learn and explore new ideas in sales operations.
Available for at least 3 months of internship.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a bonus.
This internship offers hands-on experience in how a distributor operates, giving the intern real exposure to sales operations, ecommerce, and cross-brand coordination, not purely administrative work.
