Job summary

Max Audio Online Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Logistics Intern to support daily warehouse and fulfilment operations within a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

You will gain hands-on experience handling real orders from Shopee and Lazada, managing stock, preparing parcels, and assisting with both local and international shipments while learning daily logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, E-Commerce or related field.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Looking for an internship where you can gain real hands- on experience instead of only doing paperwork?

Join our team and learn how logistics, warehouse operations and e- commerce fulfilment work in a fast-moving online business.

We are looking for a motivated, responsible and hardworking Logistics Intern to support our daily warehouse and fulfilment operations.

You will gain practical experience handling real orders from Shopee and Lazada, managing stock, preparing parcels, checking returned items and supporting daily logistics processes.

Job Type: Internship

Duration: 3-6 months

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle daily Shopee and Lazada orders
• Print and process orders using Sitegiant
• Filter and organize orders for fulfilment
• Pick, pack and prepare items for shipment
• Check stock quantity and product availability
• Assist with local and international parcels
• Perform quality checks before products are shipped
• Check returned parcels and determine whether items are suitable for resale
• Support warehouse organization and daily operational tasks
• Occasionally create fun content and assist the marketing team

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, E- Commerce or a related field
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, organized and detail- oriented
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Able to work independently in a fast- paced environment
• Comfortable handling parcels and warehouse tasks
• Positive attitude and willing to support different departments when needed
• Experience is not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
