Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to keep CRM records, sales pipeline data, and reporting dashboards accurate. You will coordinate inventory availability and delivery logistics with the warehouse team and maintain project lists and schedules while contacting customers for appointments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales operations or CRM/data management, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and an analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales operations, logistics coordination, or CRM/data management.
• Strong with Excel/Google Sheets; CRM experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and processes.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipeline data, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate inventory availability and delivery logistics with the warehouse team.
• Maintain project list, schedule, manage them & call customer for project appointment.
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Identify and help implement process improvements in the sales workflow.
• Liaise between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve stock/delivery issues.
