Job summary

Sin Lian Tat Hardware Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Counter Sales staff to attend walk-in customers, handle sales enquiries, and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.

The ideal candidate has good communication and customer service skills, basic computer skills (MS Office), and can work independently or in a team. Fresh graduates are welcome; training and career development will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in counter sales, customer service, or sales coordination is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and handle sales enquiries.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Coordinate customer orders with the warehouse and delivery team.
• Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
• Update sales records and perform general administrative duties.
• Support the sales team with daily operations when required.
