Job summary

The Origin Foods Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Production Operation Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to coordinate daily production activities and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and quality standards.

You will work with the Production team to plan schedules, monitor output, manage material usage and wastage, and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in GMP-certified food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Halal principles and documentation practices.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and product quality.
• Plan schedules, monitor output, and resolve operational or process-related issues with the production team.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and internal quality standards.
