Job summary

AFN Sports Equipment Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the commercial team with sales administration, documentation, and coordination tasks. This role ensures smooth execution of sales activities so outdoor sales personnel can focus on business development and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in business-related field, 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office and ERP/CRM skills, and excellent organization and communication abilities

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, commercial support, or related roles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Review, prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders.
• Ensure all customer requests and complaints are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure accurate entry of customer and order details into ERP/CRM systems.
• Maintain and update customer databases, pricing records, and sales documentation.
• Support outdoor sales team with follow-ups on quotations, samples, and client requests.
