Nordvox Sdn. Bhd is seeking a diligent Sales Administrator to support our Sales teams in Malaysia. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate records. The role focuses on serving existing customers and ensuring timely, accurate documentation and invoicing.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with logistics and operations to keep orders flowing smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any relevant field.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, e-mail, and walk-in with professionalism.
• Receive, process, and confirm customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with operations and drivers.
• Keep customers updated on order status throughout the process.
• Prepare basic quotations and invoices from price lists.
• Maintain organised records of orders, deliveries, and communications.
• Resolve customer complaints calmly and efficiently.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to orders and deliveries.
• Arrange and coordinate customer deliveries with drivers to meet schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy for orders.
