Job summary

Lumileds in Penang, Malaysia seeks a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to partner with global sales leadership. You will deliver advanced analytics, build dashboards, ensure data integrity in CRM, and leverage AI to optimize forecasting and reporting.

Cross-functional collaboration across finance, marketing and IT is required. The role emphasizes configuring Salesforce, managing user access, and driving process improvements to boost productivity and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics or related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis or commercial project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI and Co-Pilot technologies in a sales environment.
• CRM systems expertise, including Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong forecasting and demand planning knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance metrics (revenue, conversion rates, pipeline velocity) using advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for executive reviews and planning.
• Monitor data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and Co-Pilot features to automate reporting and forecasting.
• Recommend and deploy AI-enabled functionalities to improve productivity and digital tools adoption.
• Configure Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements and manage roles/permissions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and executive teams.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing and IT on data, tools and initiatives.
