Job summary

SKJ International in Malaysia seeks a motivated professional with at least 1 year of experience in international trade and business development. You will handle import/export operations, overseas market development, and manage customer relationships.

You will introduce products, present sales proposals, handle complaints, and conduct market research. Proficiency in English and Chinese, plus MS Office and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international trade and business development.
• Experience in import/export operations and overseas market development.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to present sales proposals and handle complaints.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; good written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and maintain relationships with existing customers, including handling quotations and orders.
• Communicate with international customers in English via email and phone.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities via platforms like LinkedIn and Google.
• Update and maintain LinkedIn profile and support branding and promotions.
• Manage sales documentation including contracts and customer databases.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Support international exhibitions and trade shows as required.
