Job summary

Dwangi Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Sales Merchandiser to cover assigned retail outlets across Negeri Sembilan. You will open new outlets, secure shelf space, and ensure products are well displayed as per merchandising standards.

The role requires visiting outlets daily, lifting stock, reporting via smartphone, and achieving sales targets. A driving license and willingness to travel are essential, with flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel to assigned retail outlets.
• Physically fit and able to lift and arrange products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and self-disciplined.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of stock management and merchandising principles.
• Familiar with using smartphones to submit reports and take photos.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Open new outlets and secure additional shelf space.

• Ensure products are properly displayed on shelves, gondolas, and promotional areas.
• Refill stocks and maintain adequate inventory levels at each outlet.
• Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items.
• Arrange products according to company merchandising standards
• Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
• Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and merchandising reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and neatness of product displays.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment.
• Achieve assigned sales and merchandising targets
