Job summary

HONOR in Malaysia is seeking personnel to manage regional warehouse inventory and support in stock-takes for gifts, furniture, and POSM materials. You will plan daily routes to outlets, oversee POSM displays, and ensure demo units align with records. You will participate in roadshows and monitor promoter standards and store cleanliness in a multilingual environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on warehouse duties, field visits, and on-ground event support within Selangor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM and above.
• Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse roles, retail is a plus; fresh grads with own transport welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day regional warehouse inventory and support quarterly stock-takes to ensure gifts, furniture, and POSM materials match inventory records.
• Plan daily visitation routes independently to cover assigned outlets efficiently.
• Manage POSM display and replenishment across areas while maintaining brand standards.
• Regularly check retail demo units for proper display and usage, ensuring consistency with records.
• Support major roadshows and event setup and on-ground execution.
• Monitor promoters' grooming, etiquette, live demo quality, and store cleanliness, reporting issues promptly.

Requirements

• Languages: Strong written and fluent verbal communication skills in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to handle a multilingual work environment.
