Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, O2C, or Account Management.
• Strong understanding of CRM, order fulfilment, pricing administration, and commercial operations.
• Experience handling escalations and cross-functional coordination.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary SPOC for customers on order status, delivery updates, and inquiries.
• Manage customer onboarding, master data, contracts, and account information.
• Coordinate pricing setup, maintenance, validation, and rate changes per pricing policies.
• Communicate supply risks, delivery changes, and recovery plans to customers.
• Coordinate requests across Order Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor customer service KPIs, SLAs, and CSAT; identify improvement actions.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and responsive support.
• Maintain customer records, compliance docs, contracts, and related information.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and service excellence.
