The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Training Coordination, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Training Coordination.
• Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Engineering industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research and identify potential markets.
• Support marketing activities and company promotions.
• Coordinate staff training, courses and certification arrangements.
• Prepare training schedules and coordinate with trainers and training providers.
• Monitor and ensure validity of IRATA and other required training/certifications.
• Monitor sales activities and achieve assigned targets.
