Job summary

EcoWorld International is seeking an Executive in Klang Valley to drive sales and marketing initiatives for the business unit. You will manage inquiries from walk-ins, calls, and emails, and contribute to project launches to meet daily sales targets.

The role also focuses on delivering excellent customer service, executing marketing plans, and ensuring MOH compliance through timely submissions and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales & marketing strategies of the business unit with the objective of achieving the sales target and providing high levels of service quality.
• Address all forms of sales inquiries, including walk-ins, telephone calls, and emails, as well as during soft and project launches, to ensure daily sales targets are met.
• Implement and manage programs designed to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Execute marketing strategies, including sales planning, advertisements, and promotions.
• Submit new or renewal applications for APDL, report Borang 7F, and NAPIC reports to ensure compliance with MOH submission requirements.
• Conduct market surveys and research to understand the latest market demands and trends.
• Follow up with bankers on loan application statuses and ensure the timely signing of Sale & Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements within 21 days to achieve high operational efficiency.
