Trident KL Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive in Kuala Lumpur. This role is not a desk job; you will be on the front line driving revenue by hunting opportunities, closing deals, and earning performance-based income.

You will pitch financial solutions including mortgages, refinancing, personal loans, and debt restructuring, with monthly targets and a defined path to senior sales or management positions. Join our modern Q Sentral office, with comprehensive training and support.

Qualifications

Proven sales hunter with experience in business development or sales is a plus.
Strong closer mindset and resilience to rejection.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu to engage diverse clients.
Able to work independently in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Highly driven, competitive, and money-motivated.
Comfortable speaking on camera and presenting confidently.
Fresh graduates with strong sales attitude are welcome.

Responsibilities

Actively hunt and close new business through digital leads and referrals.
Pitch and sell financial solutions including mortgage financing, refinancing, personal loans, and debt restructuring.
Conduct online video marketing (short videos, reels) to attract, educate, and convert prospects.
Build a strong online presence to generate inbound leads.
Build fast, strong relationships with clients and partners to accelerate deal closures.
Handle objections confidently and convert prospects into paying clients.
Work closely with internal teams to push deals across the finish line.
Hit and exceed monthly sales targets - consistently.
Track pipelines, follow up aggressively, and maintain high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
