Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator with a minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. The role requires 1–2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing and hands-on CRM, market research, and revenue growth strategies.

You will engage with clients and internal teams, balance independent work with teamwork, and communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Join a fast-paced general/wholesale trading environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Proficiency with CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales pipelines, and analyze customer data.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting market research to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and building long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

• Responsible to day to day sales and marketing promotion, searching new opportunity, new market survey, current market survey and sales as advise by superior.
