Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Sales Manager for the steel industry in Malaysia. The role focuses on developing regional or national sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and presenting compelling proposals to drive revenue growth.

You will lead a team, negotiate profitable deals, conduct market research, and manage pricing and credit policies while coordinating with production and service departments. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the steel manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the steel manufacturing industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and motivate a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
