Talent Recruit is seeking a Sales Manager (Steel Industry) in Malaysia to lead regional/national sales strategy and foster strong relationships with customers. Qualifikationen

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

• Manage pricing and credit policies in accordance with company guidelines.
• Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring smooth and efficient communication between sales, production, and customer service departments.
