The role emphasizes building client relationships, market insight, and collaboration with supply chain and production to deliver tailored welding solutions and timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Metallurgical Engineering.
• Experience selling industrial products across Cement, Power, Steel, Engineering sectors.
• Background in Maintenance & Repair welding solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
• Create and execute sales plans, targets, promotional strategies, and coordinate with the sales team.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in maintenance and repair welding.
• Stay updated on welding and maintenance products and communicate benefits to clients.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure timely payment collection from direct business and distributors.
• Coordinate with supply chain and production for drawings, jobs, stocks, and logistics.

• Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
• Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales plans, including setting targets, developing promotional strategies, and coordinating with the sales team.
• Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Market Research:Identifyand analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the maintenance and repair welding products & service sector.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products and technologies in welding and maintenance and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

• Payment: Ensuringtimelypayment collection from direct business & through distributor.
• Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and production dept for drawings, jobs, stocks, andlogistics.

Qualification and specific requirements –

Degree /Diploma in Mechanical/ production/ metallurgical Engg,. Experience in industrial products selling across the Cement, Power, Steel, Enginnering . Background in Maintenance & Repair welding solutions will be prefferred
