Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced Mortgage Direct Sales Manager to build and manage a Direct Sales team focused on acquiring new mortgage loans and meeting the firm's financial targets. You will drive productivity, monitor performance, and develop strategies to reach RM1.2m per sales staff per month. Bachelor degree required; 3+ years in sales and management with strong leadership and product knowledge in retail banking.
