Eurofins Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue for laboratory services. The role focuses on food, environment, and consumer product sectors, managing key accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will prepare proposals, present to clients, and negotiate terms to secure deals. You will collaborate with lab and operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs, monitor market trends, and contribute to pricing strategies while maintaining strong ethics

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within technical or laboratory services environments.
• Proficient in customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and client retention.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to testing, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Skilled in sales planning, forecasting, and use of CRM or sales management tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills across teams and clients.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to evaluating opportunities and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field; laboratory testing or quality assurance experience is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales targets while upholding high ethical standards.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across Eurofins Malaysia’s laboratory services.
• Manage existing client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and quotations; conduct sales presentations and negotiations.

• Monitor market trends and maintain sales forecasts and reports.
