Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a results-driven sales and customer service professional in Kuala Lumpur to drive PF and PF-i product sales, while achieving personal targets and supporting group objectives. The role includes planning, proactive outreach, and cross-selling of additional banking products.

The candidate should have a degree or Diploma with sales experience, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma (min CGPA 2.8).
• 1-2 years’ experience in sales and management.
• Highly motivated, winning attitude, self-initiated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented.
• Demonstrate initiative, perseverance and passion in delivering results within fast paced environment.
• Ability to relate and connect to local community.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (local knowledge and dialect is a plus).
• Basic understanding of sales operation & banking products.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of PF & PF-i products and achieve individual targets.
• Prepare and execute sales plans for prospective customers.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products (ASB, Credit Cards, etc.).
• Ensure high standard of customer experience as per bank standards.
• Maintain sales centre or hub in line with quality and standards set by the Bank.
