Job Responsibilities

Managing sales performance for achieving the sales target and business expectations and ensure it’s in line with the business direction.

Create positive business relationships with new and existing customers through client visits and project bidding.

Forecasting sales and setting sales targets as well as forecasting and managing costs and budgetary requirements to ensure maximum sales management efficiency.

Monitoring overall sales volume as well as market trends and competitors.

Provide support for the sales team, manage the team schedule, and allocate team resources to meet sales objectives of the company.

Timely submission of reporting tools to sales management.

Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Logistics, E-Commerce, Warehousing Sales, Retail Warehousing related field

Candidates looking for a senior sales specialist or sales managerial role are encouraged to apply
