Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a skilled Field Sales Professional in the fertiliser/trading sector. You will report directly to the Director in an individual contributor role, driving regional dealer network expansion and volume growth.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years of commercial B2B sales experience in fertiliser or agrochemicals, and has a proven history of expanding distributor networks and dealer channels, demonstrating resilience and accountability.
