Job summary

Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a sales professional to represent the hotel, drive daily sales activities, and expand the client base. You will build strong client relationships, conduct site visits, and use CRM/PMS tools to track activity and market insights.

The role emphasizes identifying new leads, presenting hotel services, negotiating deals, and maintaining high standards of professionalism in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel professionally by maintaining high standards of grooming, conduct, and the ability to present hotel products and services effectively.
• Carry out daily sales activities including telemarketing, sales calls, hotel visits, client entertainment, and virtual presentations.
• Identify and generate new sales leads, establish new accounts, and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular sales calls and site inspections to foster loyalty.
• Respond promptly to leads and enquiries with suitable solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using various company systems and sales tools, such as the PMS, CRM, and loyalty programs where applicable.
• Provide timely updates to supervisors and team members on sales activities and market insights.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal guidelines/SOPs.
