Job summary

Dsquare Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our medical and aesthetic products division in Peninsular Malaysia. You will drive sales, build relationships with doctors and clinics, and provide on-site clinical support during procedures and product applications.

Role requires confident communication with medical professionals, deep understanding of aesthetic procedures, and willingness to travel extensively across the region to support customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices or related industries.
• Experience dealing directly with doctors, clinics or hospitals.
• Willing to travel extensively across Peninsular Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activities for medical and aesthetic products across Peninsular Malaysia.
• Identify and develop new customers, including aesthetic clinics, medical centres, hospitals, and doctors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing doctors and key accounts.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for doctors and medical professionals.
• Attend and support treatment/case procedures and guide doctors on product usage.
• Provide product guidance on selection and protocols within the role's scope.
• Work closely with doctors to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Follow up after cases to ensure proper usage and adoption.
• Achieve sales targets and develop territory strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and feedback.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in the medical and aesthetic products industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales across Peninsular Malaysia, building strong relationships with doctors and medical professionals, and providing on‑site support during product applications and cases. This is a hands‑on commercial and clinical‑support role that requires someone who is confident communicating with doctors, understands medical/aesthetic procedures, and is willing to travel extensively to support customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activities for medical and aesthetic products across Peninsular Malaysia.
• Identify and develop new customers, including aesthetic clinics, medical centres, hospitals, and doctors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing doctors and key accounts.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for doctors and medical professionals.
• Attend and support treatment/procedure cases, where required, and guide doctors on the proper application and usage of products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable requirements.
• Provide practical product guidance to doctors on appropriate product selection, application techniques, and treatment protocols within the permitted scope of the role.
• Work closely with doctors to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Follow up with customers after cases to ensure proper product usage, customer satisfaction, and continued product adoption.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop sales strategies to grow the territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Medical, Healthcare, Nursing, Biomedical Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, aesthetic products, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, or healthcare-related industries.
• Experience dealing directly with doctors, aesthetic physicians, dermatologists, clinics, or hospitals will be an advantage.
• Strong product presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable providing case support and product guidance to doctors.
• Commercially driven with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a large geographical territory.
• Willing to travel extensively throughout Peninsular Malaysia and attend cases outside normal office hours when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
