Job summary

Taevas Life Sciences is seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager (Product Sales) to lead medical device commercialization in Malaysia. The role focuses on creating and executing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and ensuring regulatory compliance with the Medical Device Authority.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and at least five years in medical device sales or BD, with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive medical device commercialization in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Sales Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to Malaysia’s healthcare ecosystem.
• Identify growth opportunities across public and private healthcare sectors.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations.

2. Market Expansion

• Establish strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
• Engage with KOLs to drive product adoption.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.

3. Sales Targets & Performance

• Achieve sales targets and maintain performance dashboards.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline and customer insights.

4. Regulatory & Compliance Collaboration

• Ensure compliance with Medical Device Authority (MDA) regulations.
• Support product registration and licensing processes under the Medical Device Act 2012.
