Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales management or team lead experience.
• Track record of meeting quotas and leading high-performing teams.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus for Ipoh market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to optimize performance and closing rates.
• Develop actionable sales campaigns and pipeline strategies for the local market.
• Consult on key accounts and assist in closing high-value deals.
