Novonesis is seeking a Sales & Key Account Manager, Animal BioSolutions in Malaysia to lead relationships with key accounts and distributors. You will combine strategy, business development, technical selling, and hands-on execution to drive growth.

In this senior role, you’ll collaborate with regional teams, leverage product knowledge, and deliver value through innovative biosolutions to customers across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in veterinary medicine, animal science, or a related discipline.
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience managing key accounts and distributors.
• Existing knowledge of Malaysia’s leading animal-health key accounts and industry players.

The role & your impact

As a Sales & Key Account Manager, Animal BioSolutions in Malaysia, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts and distributors across Malaysia. This is an individual-contributor role combining strategic account management, business development, technical selling, and hands-on commercial execution.

You will work closely with customers, distributors, the Regional Technical Team, regional Marketing, Customer Service, and sales leadership. Your work will contribute directly to business growth, customer value, portfolio development, and the introduction of innovative biosolutions.

Your key responsibilities in this role

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• An adaptable and solution-oriented approach, with curiosity about customers and the animal-health industry.
