Bina Warehouse Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Interior Designer to design premium residential spaces and guide clients from concept through to sale and handover. You will collaborate with a 3D visualiser and site supervisor to deliver projects that meet high standards.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture and 2–3 years of experience on residential projects, with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience on residential projects.
• Experience presenting design concepts to clients and coordinating with contractors.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good technical knowledge and ability to coordinate with internal teams, clients and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Handle residential projects from client consultation and design development, through to closing sales and handover.
• Attend to walk-in clients, follow up and close sales opportunities and develop new leads.
• Develop designs with full sets of drawings, detailing and BQ.
• Coordinate projects with internal site coordinator, colleagues, vendors and contractors to resolve on-site issues.
• Oversee timelines and coordinate vendors to keep projects progressing toward completion.
• Inspect work on-site and ensure handover of completed spaces.

Generate Sales and Leads: Attend to walk-in clients, follow up and close sales opportunities and develop new leads.

Manage Client Relationships: Understand clients’ needs, conduct presentations and lead design discussions.

Develop Designs: Produce and review attractive design concepts, full sets of drawings, detailing and BQ.

Coordinate Projects: Work closely with internal site coordinator, colleagues, vendors and contractors, to resolve practical issues that arise on-site.

Manage Project Delivery: Oversee timelines, coordinate vendors and keep projects progressing towards completion.

Inspect Work On-Site: Check project execution and follow each assignment through to final handover.

Own the Client Journey: Bring together sales, design, communication and project coordination to provide a consistent experience from the initial conversation to the completed space

DO YOU HAVE THESE REQUIREMENTS?

Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Proven experience working on residential projects.

Character:

Able to work independently.

Self-motivated.

A collaborative team player.

Proactive and willing to take initiative.

Able to manage project timelines and coordination challenges.

Knowledge & Skills:

Good communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable presenting ideas and discussing designs directly with clients.

Good technical knowledge is preferred.

Able to coordinate directly with clients, contractors, vendors and internal teams.

CAD software, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills.

AiHouse or similar software is preferred; 3D support is provided.

Languages:

English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
