in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Designer who blends interior design passion with strong commercial and client engagement skills, to guide clients from initial consultation through project confirmation. Meet prospective clients to understand their lifestyle, space and budget; develop practical design solutions with 2D/3D visuals; present proposals and quotations; coordinate with in-house designers to translate concepts into delivery and ensure a positive client

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Design, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in interior design sales or related consultative sales is an advantage.
• Strong interest in both design and sales with a drive to achieve commercial results.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Eye for interior aesthetics, space planning and design concepts.
• English and Mandarin communication skills are an advantage for engaging broader clients.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport for client/site visits.

Responsibilities

• Consult and understand client needs, meet prospective clients to discuss lifestyle, space requirements and budget.
• Develop practical interior design concepts, present proposals, layouts, material selections and 2D/3D visuals; prepare quotations.

SALES DESIGNER – INTERIOR DESIGN & RENOVATION

We are looking for a Sales Designer who combines a passion for interior design with strong commercial and client engagement skills. You will work directly with clients to understand their requirements, develop suitable design solutions and guide them from initial consultation through project confirmation.

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. Consult & Understand Client Needs

Meet and engage prospective clients to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, space requirements and budget.

2. Develop & Present Design Solutions

Develop practical and appealing interior concepts based on client requirements. Prepare and present design proposals, layouts, material selections and 2D/3D visualisations.

Prepare project quotations and proposals based on client requirements.

4. Coordinate Design & Project Delivery

Collaborate with in-house designers and project teams to ensure agreed design concepts are translated effectively into project execution.

5. Deliver an Excellent Client Experience

Manage client enquiries, feedback and concerns professionally and promptly.

What We're Looking For

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Design, Business, Marketing or a related field.

Experience in interior design sales, renovation sales, property sales, furniture/home furnishing sales or other consultative sales roles is an advantage.

Strong interest in both design and sales with a genuine drive to achieve commercial results.

Good communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

A good eye for interior aesthetics, space planning and design concepts.

Able to use or understand 2D/3D design visualisation tools will be an advantage.

English and Mandarin communication skills are an advantage for engaging with a broader client base.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transport for client/site visits.
