Job summary

LEFONTE INTERIORS SDN. BHD. is seeking an interior designer with a Diploma or higher in Interior Design or Architectural Drawing CAD and at least 2 years of experience in designing commercial and residential spaces.

You will create conceptual mood boards, 2D layouts, 3D visuals, and submission/detailed drawings, while coordinating with procurement and site teams to ensure design accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Diploma or higher in Interior Design or Architecture, Drawing, CAD or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in commercial and residential design.
• Knowledge in preparing 2D drawings, 3D visuals, submission drawings and detail drawings.
• Financial understanding of project costs and budget-conscious designing.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and collect payments/deposits from clients per company policy.
• Involve in site measurements and liaise with procurement for accurate quotations.
• Create and prepare Conceptual Design Mood boards, 2D Layout Planning, 3D Visuals, Submission Plans and Detail Drawings.
• Work closely with site team to ensure work meets client needs.

Job description

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in Interior Design or Architectural, Drawing, computer-aided design (CAD) or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the design of commercial & residential.

Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max and Auto Cad.

Knowledge in prepare drawings 2D, 3D visuals, submission drawings and detail drawings.

Financial understanding of project costs and is budget-conscious when designing.

Able to start work immediately is highly preferred.
