Job summary

Indah Gershon Sdn Bhd is seeking an interior designer to develop concepts, layouts and space planning, and to prepare 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations and details. You will assist in 3D drawings, perspectives and presentations, and select materials, finishes and fittings.

You will coordinate with clients, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors, conduct site visits, check measurements, and help prepare quotations and schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software or similar design software.
• Creative with good design sense and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to conduct site visits when required.
• Knowledge of construction materials and building works is an advantage.
• Driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project documentation and handover.
• Ensure designs are practical, functional and within the project budget.
• Perform other design and project-related duties assigned by management.
