Job summary

Keysight is seeking a Sales Incentive Pay Analyst to support backend execution of incentive plans, ensuring accurate payout data, validations, and timely processing. You will collaborate with Sales Incentive Pay Consultants to maintain system data and generate reports.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with incentive compensation tools, with opportunity to impact governance and process improvements across Sales, Finance, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, HR, Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales compensation, incentive compensation, finance operations, HR compensation, sales operations, or data analytics.
• Experience with incentive compensation management systems, CRM tools, ERP systems, or BI reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support backend system updates, data maintenance, payout preparation, and calculation support in accordance with plan documents and governance.
• Calculate, validate, and review commission, bonus, and incentive payout results for accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate payout discrepancies and coordinate with consultants for resolutions.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on incentive performance and operational metrics.
• Assist with plan execution, quota alignment validation, and payout reporting.
• Support annual compensation planning and design changes with data analysis and system updates.
• Work with IT to troubleshoot incentive compensation system issues and data processing errors.
• Maintain documentation, audit trails, and controls to support compliance.
• Ensure processes comply with policies and regulatory expectations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve compensation processes.
