Job summary

NTT DATA Payment Services Sdn Bhd in Bentong, Pahang is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to recruit new merchants and expand our merchant network in the assigned territory.

You will provide exceptional service, conduct monthly merchant visits, support product roadshows, and build strong relationships to achieve monthly and team targets. Candidates should have at least 1 year in sales, own transport, and willingness to travel; FMCG/retail background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prefer FMCG/retail background.
• Minimum 1 year in a sales role.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel.
• Multilingual ability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for developing new business within the assigned territory by recruiting new merchants.
• Provide excellent service, support and monthly visitation to merchants.
• Assist in product roadshows and events organised by merchants.
• Build rapport and strong working relationships with merchants.
• Achieve monthly team and individual sales targets.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Fully responsible for developing new business within the assigned territory, i.e. recruit new merchants.

Provide excellent service, support and monthly visitation to merchants.

Assist in any product roadshow and event occasionally organise by merchants.

Building good rapport and working relationship with merchants.

Achieving monthly team and individual sales target.

Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned as and when is assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements :

Preferable candidate from FMCG and retail industry.

Experience in sales environment, minimum of one (1) year in sales working experience.

Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.

Able to speak multi-language is added advantage.

Aggressive in achieving sales target.

Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.

Highly motivated self-starter, eager to success, team player and pleasant personality.

Excellent skills in prospecting and presentation with high level of confidence.

Minimum six (6) months contract position available and conversion to permanent position will be subjected to individual performance and achievement.

Working locations : Bentong, Pahang

Education Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a minimum SPM or above level in any discipline or equivalent.
