Job summary

Ninja Mart in Johor is seeking a hands-on Sales Representative on a six-month contract to drive growth through field visits, servicing customers, and building a robust outlet network in Kluang.

You will manage accounts, execute promotions, collect payments, and report progress. Depending on performance, there is a possibility of a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in sales, preferably FMCG or distribution.
• Ability to manage field activities and collect payments independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales within the assigned territory (Kluang, Johor) and customer portfolio.
• Develop and maintain active outlets and identify new opportunities.
• Execute promotions, trade programmes and other commercial initiatives.
• Follow up and collect outstanding payments from customers/outlets.
• Monitor due balances and escalate collection issues when needed.
• Provide timely updates and reports to the supervisor.

Job description

Drive and achieve sales growth within the assigned territory through effective customer servicing, outlet visitation, business development and timely collection of outstanding payments in line with performance targets and business requirements communicated by management. It is a 6-month contract position, with the opportunity to be offered a permanent position based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales within assigned territory (Kluang, Johor) and customer portfolio.
• Develop and maintain active outlets and identify new business opportunities.
• Execute promotions, trade programmes and other commercial initiatives.
• Follow up and collect outstanding payments from assigned customers/outlets.
• Monitor due and overdue balances and **escalate** collection issues where required.
• Maintain proper follow-up on customer payment commitments.
• Complete assigned outlet visits and route activities.
• Manage daily field activities effectively to support sales, collection and customer servicing.
• Comply with working hours, reporting arrangements and field schedules.
• Provide timely updates and reports to the immediate supervisor.
• Support customers and resolve or escalation sales, delivery or payment-related issues.
• Comply with Company policies, SOPs and reasonable management instructions.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in sales, preferably FMCG, retail distribution or related industries.
• Good sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Able to manage field activities, customer accounts and collection responsibilities independently.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

RM2,200 - RM2,500 a month

• Basic Salary: RM 2,200 - RM 2,500
• Petrol Allowance: RM 600
• Car Allowance: RM 200
• Phone Allowance: RM 50
• Commission is also given for this role.
