Job summary

Kim House Tiling & Sanitary in Ipoh is seeking a customer-focused sales support representative. You will greet walk-in customers, provide professional advice, prepare quotations, and help generate sales leads.

You will monitor debts, follow up on payments, coordinate with other departments, and assist with showroom upkeep and product displays. Experience in retail or showroom sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or showroom sales.
• Ability to generate sales leads and follow up on enquiries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and provide professional advice to meet needs.
• Prepare enquiry forms with selected items/quotations.
• Generate sales leads and follow up on outstanding orders/enquiries.
• Monitor customers' debts and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Work toward achieving company sales targets.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, display items, and labelling.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth sales and operations.
• Manage social media advertising and email marketing to generate sales leads.
• Sell items indoors.
• Perform any other relevant duties as required.

3. Generate sales lead and follow up outstanding order/ enquiry.

4. Monitor customer’s debt and ensure timely collection of payment.

5. Work towards achieving company sales target.

6. Upkeep stacking items, displaying item, product labelling and take care cleanliness in showroom.

7. Coordinate and work closely with other departments for smooth sales handling and operation flow.

8. Managing Social Media Advertising & Email Marketing to generate sales lead

9. Selling items indoor.

10. Any other relevant job functions as and when required.
