Qualifications

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's Umrah packages and related travel services.

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and face-to-face consultations.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, Umrah agents, community organisations, and business partners.
• Participate in Umrah seminars, travel fairs, roadshows, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on TikTok, Facebook, and other digital sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and performance reports.
• Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales customer support.
