Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, especially in travel, Umrah, or service industries.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia; English and Mandarin are an advantage.
• Confident using WhatsApp Business, Facebook, TikTok, and digital platforms.
• Proactive, self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Umrah packages and related travel services.
• Generate new sales leads via social media, networking, referrals, and promos.
• Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media, and in person.
• Follow up and convert enquiries to bookings.
• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Build relationships with customers, agents, and partners.
