Job summary

OREN SPORT GROUP of Companies, founded in 1995, is a leader in corporate uniform and promotional apparel. Based in Malaysia, we are expanding our outdoor sales team in Pahang to drive growth and serve a broad client base.

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will engage customers, demonstrate products, build relationships, and collaborate with marketing to promote events while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in outdoor sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the outdoors and ability to travel outstation.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in ZhongWen, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and provide expert product recommendations.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase merchandise features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide insights.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures.
