Job summary

Enjoy sales but prefer an office-based role without travelling to meet clients? Join a company specialising in electronic components, where you can build customer relationships and drive sales through phone-based outreach.

Our client specialises in sourcing and supplying electronic components, including alternative brands for end-of-life (EOL) parts.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Description

Make outbound calls to assigned customers and prospective clients to generate sales.

Build and maintain customer relationships through regular phone communication and follow-ups.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electronic components, including alternatives for EOL parts.

Negotiate sales terms and coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs.

Gather market and competitor information to identify sales opportunities.

Work towards customer acquisition, revenue and call activity targets.

Profile

Minimum Diploma qualification in any relevant field.

Previous sales experience is an advantage, but candidates who are willing to learn are welcome.

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English.

Must be comfortable making cold calls and engaging customers over the phone.

Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.

Goal-oriented, resilient and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer

Quarterly commission paid in USD.

Office-based role without regular client visits.
