Intco Malaysia is seeking an International Sales Executive to grow our customer base with local and international clients. You will engage with customers in English through calls, emails, and online meetings, while collaborating with China-based management.

Fresh graduates are welcomed; we offer full training and a clear career path from Sales Exec to Manager. The role includes building relationships, researching markets, and meeting targets, with opportunities for international exposure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and discover potential customers from both international and local markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and clearly communicate their features and benefits to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate and close deals while handling objections professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!).

• Candidates with study-abroad experience in China will be given preference.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with people.
• Responsible, honest, and able to perform under pressure.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.

Mon – Fri: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Alternate Saturday: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
