Job summary

Carlist.my in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Telesales Executive in Kuala Lumpur to conduct 40+ daily calls to dealers and sales agents, focusing on conversion and relationship-building.

You will generate fresh leads, promote new products, train dealers on advertising methods, and drive new customer acquisition across regions, while converting free users to paying customers with strong product pitches.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related apps.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication.
• Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make 40+ successful calls daily to dealers and sales agents for conversion and relationships.
• Generate fresh contact leads from competitor platforms and market research.
• Promote products and services and communicate clear value to dealers.
• Train dealers on advertising methods and secure regular inventory updates.
• Drive new customer acquisition across key regions including East Coast, Sabah, and Sarawak.
• Convert free users to paying customers through product pitching and handling objections.
• Gather market intelligence from assigned territories to identify opportunities.
• Ensure listing quality meets PIPP standards (Pictures, Information, Price & Position) for maximum visibility.
• Promote Carlist Qualified offerings (Inspection Report & Extended Warranty) to enhance ad credibility.

Gather and analyse market intelligence from assigned territories to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements:
