Job summary

Deep Sea Fishery Kingdom Sdn Bhd is hiring an enthusiastic sales support executive to identify potential customers and present our offerings. You will handle quotations, process sales, and coordinate with product and purchasing teams to meet customer needs.

Fresh graduates are welcome as full training will be provided. You should be driven, with good interpersonal and communication skills, and possess a valid driving license with own transport for on-site duties in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• SPM certificate is required.
• MS Excel and MS Word skills are required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; training provided.
• Must have driving license and own transport.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to learn.
• Aggressive, good interpersonal and well-organised with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers and deliver sales presentations.
• Negotiate terms of sales and service agreements.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with product development and purchasing teams.
• Handle quotations, sales processing, invoices, and payments.
• Record data and prepare monthly reports; perform ad hoc reports.
• Support management with additional tasks as required.

Job description

Identify and target potential customers, prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiate terms of sales and service agreements.

Gather and analyze customer feedback, handle complaints and resolve issues promptly

Work closely with product development/purchasing team.

Attend to customers for all sales related matter such as quotation, sales processing, invoice, payment collections and etc

Proper recording & monthly reporting and other related ad hoc report

To assist in any other task as and when required by management

Requirements

• Working Days : Monday ~ Friday , 8am to 5pm
• Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate
• Traning will be provided
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word
• Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply as full and comprehensive training will be provided
