Job summary

KLK Land is seeking a results-driven sales professional to aggressively promote and sell residential and commercial properties. You will engage with walk-in, phone, and online inquiries, conduct property viewings, and clearly communicate pricing and benefits to prospects.

You will follow up with potential buyers, close deals efficiently, stay updated on projects and promotions, and collaborate with agents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in property or real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays; able to work independently or in a team.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
