Job summary

Jora Malaysia is recruiting for a property sales role in Kuala Lumpur. The position involves meeting sales targets, promoting projects, arranging presentations, and providing pre- and post-sales support.

Relocation to KLCC area is planned for 2027, within walking distance from LRT Datuk Keramat. Requirements include at least one year in property-related work, Mandarin language proficiency, and a Diploma or higher.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant working experience in the property industry or a related field.
• Mandarin language is required for communication with mandarin speaking clients.
• Education level: Diploma and above.
• Previous experience in the property industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Promote company projects, arrange presentations and meetings, respond to customer inquiries, and provide prompt pre- and post-sales support.
• Participate in local and overseas sales launches and promotional activities.
• Prepare lead reports, maintain registration databases, and ensure accurate records in the CRM system.
• Maintain show villages, show units, sales offices, and exhibition booths; support appointed real estate agencies; conduct market research to improve sales delivery and service quality.
