Job summary

MR D.I.Y. Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales professional to drive outbound sales, engage with corporate customers, and promote bulk purchase opportunities. You will tailor solutions to customer needs and follow through on quotations and leads.

The role requires proactive communication, strong negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment and repeat business.

• Conduct proactive outbound and cold calls to corporate customers.
• Introduce MR.DIY Corporate Sales products, solutions, and bulk purchase opportunities.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and identify opportunities.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and leads to drive sales conversion.
• Conduct basic company and market research to identify potential customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable products.
• Support the Sales Manager in meetings and business discussions.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil customer requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers for repeats and upsell.
• Monitor and follow up on sales leads to support targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound and cold calls to prospective and existing corporate customers.
• Introduce MR.DIY Corporate Sales products, solutions, and bulk purchase opportunities to customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up consistently on customer enquiries, quotations, and leads to drive sales conversion.
• Conduct basic company and market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
• Support the Sales Manager in customer meetings and business discussions when required.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with existing customers to identify opportunities for repeat purchases and additional sales.
• Monitor and follow up on sales leads and opportunities to support achievement of sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
• Perform other sales-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in making outbound calls and initiating conversations.
• Proactive, energetic, and sales-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets and results.
• Able to build rapport, understand customer needs, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales team.
• Sales, business development, customer service, or related experience is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
