Job summary

A leading home improvement retailer in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented individual for data entry and operations support. Responsibilities include managing Excel files, tracking damaged items, and responding to quality issues. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and be able to handle multiple tasks effectively. This role is open to fresh graduates and those with data entry experience.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged; 1-2 years data entry/admin experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive MS Excel files from all Stores in Skype.
• Print out damaged item lists for QM Store checking.
• Pump file into the system and manage data consistently.
• Handle quality issues and respond to emails.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry, admin, or operations support are preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
• Good communication skills and responsive in handling messages and emails.
• Mandarin (able to read and write) plus point as the system and product information are based in China. Responsible and able to handle quality-related issues systematically.
