Job summary

Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Subang Jaya. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, supply chain management, customs brokerage, and warehousing, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotations and proposals, and negotiating contract terms in line with company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions, monitoring customer satisfaction, and providing regular sales reports and market feedback to management. The Sales Executive is expected to meet sales targets, represent the company professionally at customer meetings and industry events, and stay informed about market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and negotiation.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain management, or related services, with understanding of multimodal transport and customs processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including pipeline management, follow-up, and accurate documentation of customer activities.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and comfort working with sales reports and data.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Subang Jaya and travel for customer visits or industry events as required.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage; prior sales experience in logistics is highly preferred.
• Multilingual abilities and familiarity with regional Asian markets are beneficial.
